I don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations 

According to EU rules you can return a physical purchase, but for DIGITAL ITEMS different rules apply since they CAN NOT BE RETURNED. This means once you start the download process, you may no longer withdraw from the purchase. The reason for this is that digital items can not be returned to the seller and you will NOT BE REFUNDED the money you paid...you already have this files !!!
  So look closely at whether you are buying what you are looking for !!!
  Don't forget - complex files with shadow and many layers are not for a cutting machine
  If you start the download and cancel it, you can't withdraw from your purchase anymore since there is no way to see if the files arrived or not.

Returns:

21 Days Money Back Guarantee on all our items, we want to keep our customers as happy as we possibly can.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since you’ve received your product, this policy becomes invalid. The day the tracking company marks the order “delivered” is the day we count as the 1st day in the 21 days.

Please note: We might require you to submit images/proof of damaged/defective goods. Kindly cooperate with us and give us the information necessary so that we can help you out quickly and not cause you any inconvenience.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned because are on print per demand thus we can give you a Gift Card for it. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items


Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Cancellations:

We process our orders very quickly to ensure we can get them printed and shipped to our customers as soon as we possibly can! Because of this we cannot usually change or cancel your order once you have placed it. Please make sure to check all information very carefully before ordering.

If you discover a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.

 

Wrong address:

In most cases, we can't change the address because we execute orders quickly. In some scenarios, the local post is still able to make the delivery depending on the error that was made in entering the recipient address. So if you discover a mistake, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will not refund the orders for wrong input of address. ​We will not be held liable for undelivered orders for wrong input of address.

 

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at art4youSpaceShopify@gmail.com and we will send you instructions and Return # to process.

  

SHIPPING

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse when return is approved and Return # is allotted only.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

   Our returns policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling.
