If you want to sale products with our graphics, you have to buy COMMERCIAL LICENSE for ONE digital file. Files of the artwork must be purchased separately from the license.

If you want to use more than one design - please purchase another license. For purchasing more than one license, change the "quantity" field to match the number of vector files you would like. When purchasing, please link the graphic(s) you would like in the "notes to seller" section or by message.

BASIC LICENSE (1 digital design for up to 500 sales for 1 person for one product to sale) gives you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to make use of the one design file up to 500 copies. The purchase of this license does not transfer copyright. All copyrights remain with Art4youSpace.

Extended LICENSE (1 design unlimited uses for 1 person only) With extended license you can make a physical finished product that is sold by you to an end consumer and can be mass-produced (Unlimited Uses), for examples: posters, decals, gifts, stationery, books, DVDs, packaging.
You can make advertising or marketing materials for your own small business. The purchase of this license does not transfer copyright. All copyrights remain with Art4youSpace.

Limitation:

• DO NOT use in digital work that is sold or distributed in any way (for example, logos, downloads, banner ads, alternate file types, etc.)

• DO NOT distribute the files in any way. They cannot be shared for any use, including personal.

• DO NOT share the files on any 3rd party website.

• DO NOT modify/alter the design for the purpose of reselling it. (For example, adding a flower border around a design to then sell as a download is not allowed)

This design can not be:

Used in any circumstance where the end consumer of the design will be able to modify, reproduce, distribute, or sell the design.
Sold or given to the end consumer in a digital format.
Made into any product or digital material that is then resold by your end consumer.
You may not claim this design/product as your own in any way as the copyright remains with me.
Sub-licensed, rented, lent, assigned, gifted, transferred, distributed or granted rights under any license.
Re-distributed, shared, or sold in a digital products bundle.
Re-distributed, shared, or sold to end consumer unmodified by itself.
Used for print on demand
